new chapter, new page

Hey! I don't know when was the last time I freaking write here. Oh god! I miss writing. But so many things have changed and I don't know where to begin with!

A few months back, I have been through some crazy roller coaster ride. I've lost the person I love the most. You don't know how hard it is till these days but I know for sure he's now in a good place and I miss him almost every day. Things will never be the same but I know he's up there looking after us and most probably screaming at us right now cause how messy our bedrooms are. Love you, always.

Fast forward to August, I decided to resign from my position as a supervisor at a cafe and pursue my studies. I've always wanted to continue my studies because deep down I know my dad would love too. So I decided to let go of another part of me that I didn't know I would. With all the savings that I have, I pay for my school fees. Yes! another roller coaster ride for me, I did not expect it to be easy for me; since in the beginning. But this is what I've always wanted, and I'll do my best and get the best out of this. I know with the support I have right now everything will be fine.

As for now, I'm doing just fine and I am so grateful for! Two months from now I'll be seating for my final exams, working my ass off to pay my fees and also for exams of course. I've met so many wonderful people and I hope nothing but a smooth ride from now on. But this is life, you can never know what's coming on your way.

Before I end my post here because I have 5 more assignments that I need to finish by next week hehe! I'm actually an aunty now. My sister has produced a very cute baby and her name is Faith Awfeeyah.

(above post I wrote last year, 2019 that I didn't publish. I thought it will be a good idea to publish it now hehe)

What a ride, now it is 2020. So many things have changed again, with the current situation things weren't all rainbows for me and family. The reason I decided to start writing here again is that I want to share my Raya vlog and I want to tell a story but I do not know where to post them. Since I have this blog, why not.  Raya will never be the same way as it used to be. This year we celebrated only with our small family, we didn't get the chance to meet our grandparents nor cousins due to the virus. Besides, raya is not as interesting as it used to be, before we have our Dad with us, now we don't. Its just never the same anymore.

So this year, I decided to record what I did at my mom's new house during Raya. Because, this is something different for me as this year we will be cooking for Raya. Usually our Grannys will cook for us, but not this year. Hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoy editing the video hehe.

till next time, bye x

a little fun in KL

Hey! Its been awhile since I wrote my last post (last year in January haha) A lot have changed in my life, time flies so fast and im turning 21 next year on January wow (didn't see that coming) Oh, and my older sister getting married in two more months pretty excited for that and a little scared (God knows why haha) Just wanted to share a little something with yall, and now back to the topic.

So on the 1st of October, I visited Kuala Lumpur and I had so much fun. I've lived here for twenty years and that was my second time visited the city (like really exploring the city) To make it a lot more fun I decided not to take my car there instead me and my sisters took the train.

The main reason why Im in KL is because I wanted to go to Aquaria. Theres no exact reason why but I just feel like playing tourist and I thought it would be fun to bring my sisters there since its school holiday.

I did vlog a little bit of follow me around Aquaria basically a huge aquarium with a lot of fishes and jellyfish!!! Excuse my error/shitty editing.

OH DON'T FORGET TO WATCH ERAH'S POV:

And here some photos I took with some shitty quality, okay I have my reason. I forgot to charge my camera the night before so I decided not to bring my camera. Bad decision. If you like animals you may keep reading. Because this part is for people who doesn't want to watch the video hahaha :)

Thank you for coming with me, I know its exhausting but at least we had fun, no? I really wish dad and my sister could come. Really miss the last time we went as a family. I do not want to get emotional and I hope dad get well soon so we can go on more and exciting adventure. Eventho, I enjoy going on adventure with just 3 of us I still want my dad to come along!!!!

till next time, bye x

blue hair don't care

Hey! So last month I turned 19 on the 26th January, I had such a wonderful birthday. If you follow me on my social medias you will know the story behind it. Okay, let's move on last two weeks, I've changed my hair color. I don't know if you've seen it but if you haven't see it then this is why I'm here today, to share with you my awesome journey from my ugly gold hair to my new awesome lovely blue hair that some of my friends have been asking so here it is guys. All thanks to Marlia my hairstylist.

Long story short, something bad happened on the day before I get my hair done, I twisted my ankle and I couldn't walk. So we have to reschedule everything on the 10th Feb (originally on the 8th). Fyi, I've been planning all this for so long (was planning to do this on January) and finally when theres some free slot, shit happens. I went to the doctor the next day and had my shots and took my medicines.

On February 10th with the help of my friend & sister we made it to the salon. To avoid the traffic we decided to start our journey early and had our breakfast at McDonalds Summit. When we arrived at the salon I was freaking out because come on who wouldn't right? All the new environment new people but thank God they were so kind and treat us so well that I feel like home.

The whole process took like 7-8 hours, wasn't complaining cause my sister brought food and they also can "tapao" you some food and they have drinks for you as well. But I prepared everything, snacks, water, sweets you name it. I got them all in my bag haha.

Yes, I had to bleach my hair because first my hair color are not well blend ( I used to bleach my hair myself) second my roots start showing so yup bleach it is. Surprisingly the bleach wasn't that harsh on my scalp compare to the first time I had my hair bleached. I'm so thankful for that and I will never go back and do my hair myself ever again because my scalp was on fire guys, I will not recommend you to do that, get professionals to help you. And you'll be thanking me later, no seriously.

Then she wrapped my whole head and turn me into an alien with blonde hair haha. She then let the bleach settle in and she took me to "shower" that is what they call me for. She then took this two colors from manic panic that is midnight blue and turquoise and explain one more time to me what she will do and how everything will turns out so that we are actually on the same page. When I said yes she then start doing her magic to my hair. All I have to do is wait and let the magic works.

Oh! fyi I wasn't planning on writing this but I think it will be fun to share with you my experience so why not (that explains the photo that actually was taken from my family group chat, that my sister took to keep my dad updated haha)

Moving on, Marlia then took me for the second shower "yang jom mandi" hahah after she rinse everything, she proceed to the next step that is treatment which is super cooling I fell asleep for like 5 minutes and burst the door on my way out and everyone was looking at me, guilty! hahaha Then she style my hair and tadaaaaaaaa!!

So this is my hair after the whole process and yes I had few inches off because my ends was a total disaster she told me that it needs to go (effect from my last bleaching that I did on my own sobs) Then Marlia took me for a few "photo shoots" more like hair shoots haha, it wasn't that bad it just that I'm always that awkward person so things get a little awkward when she asked about how I fell and everything.... if you want to see the video you should follow Marlia and scroll down her feeds haha.

So this is my hair after few washes (photos are edited with some brightness/contrasts/filters) and I still love my hair. I just love how kids react when they saw my hair, cute. I have strangers came to me and said how they love my hair and of course theres few people giving me that stinks look but that's okay, as long as I'm happy then that's fine :)

Yes theres also a downside of it such as, your hair need more of your time. Like I have to put oil, and be extra careful on what I put on my hair. For example, my hairstylist asked what kind of shampoo I'm using then she told me to stop using it and find a new shampoo without I don't remember the name of it (ingredient) And she recommended argan oil to protect my hair and keep it hydrated. Since then every night I will slap some argan oil to ze hair. I will definitely post on how I keep my hair healthy when I finally happy with the products I'm using then I will surely make a post about it. And of course the color start fading at certain areas, for me it wasn't really a big of a deal because I want my blue to turn pastel so bad!

For now I'm just going to have this blue hair for awhile and take a good care of it and post a lot more selfies on my social medias (which you should be following me by now) and don't forget to check Ridzokumura and Malya_lya on instagram because they worth the follow it you want that magic makeover just like mine then I'll highly recommend you check them out.

Last but not least thank you Loura and my sister for tagging along with me through this 8 hours process. Lots of love, hugs and kisses thank you girls.
