blue hair don't care

Hey! So last month I turned 19 on the 26th January, I had such a wonderful birthday. If you follow me on my social medias you will know the story behind it. Okay, let's move on last two weeks, I've changed my hair color. I don't know if you've seen it but if you haven't see it then this is why I'm here today, to share with you my awesome journey from my ugly gold hair to my new awesome lovely blue hair that some of my friends have been asking so here it is guys. All thanks to Marlia my hairstylist.

Long story short, something bad happened on the day before I get my hair done, I twisted my ankle and I couldn't walk. So we have to reschedule everything on the 10th Feb (originally on the 8th). Fyi, I've been planning all this for so long (was planning to do this on January) and finally when theres some free slot, shit happens. I went to the doctor the next day and had my shots and took my medicines.

On February 10th with the help of my friend & sister we made it to the salon. To avoid the traffic we decided to start our journey early and had our breakfast at McDonalds Summit. When we arrived at the salon I was freaking out because come on who wouldn't right? All the new environment new people but thank God they were so kind and treat us so well that I feel like home.

The whole process took like 7-8 hours, wasn't complaining cause my sister brought food and they also can "tapao" you some food and they have drinks for you as well. But I prepared everything, snacks, water, sweets you name it. I got them all in my bag haha.

Yes, I had to bleach my hair because first my hair color are not well blend ( I used to bleach my hair myself) second my roots start showing so yup bleach it is. Surprisingly the bleach wasn't that harsh on my scalp compare to the first time I had my hair bleached. I'm so thankful for that and I will never go back and do my hair myself ever again because my scalp was on fire guys, I will not recommend you to do that, get professionals to help you. And you'll be thanking me later, no seriously.

Then she wrapped my whole head and turn me into an alien with blonde hair haha. She then let the bleach settle in and she took me to "shower" that is what they call me for. She then took this two colors from manic panic that is midnight blue and turquoise and explain one more time to me what she will do and how everything will turns out so that we are actually on the same page. When I said yes she then start doing her magic to my hair. All I have to do is wait and let the magic works.

Oh! fyi I wasn't planning on writing this but I think it will be fun to share with you my experience so why not (that explains the photo that actually was taken from my family group chat, that my sister took to keep my dad updated haha)

Moving on, Marlia then took me for the second shower "yang jom mandi" hahah after she rinse everything, she proceed to the next step that is treatment which is super cooling I fell asleep for like 5 minutes and burst the door on my way out and everyone was looking at me, guilty! hahaha Then she style my hair and tadaaaaaaaa!!

So this is my hair after the whole process and yes I had few inches off because my ends was a total disaster she told me that it needs to go (effect from my last bleaching that I did on my own sobs) Then Marlia took me for a few "photo shoots" more like hair shoots haha, it wasn't that bad it just that I'm always that awkward person so things get a little awkward when she asked about how I fell and everything.... if you want to see the video you should follow Marlia and scroll down her feeds haha.

So this is my hair after few washes (photos are edited with some brightness/contrasts/filters) and I still love my hair. I just love how kids react when they saw my hair, cute. I have strangers came to me and said how they love my hair and of course theres few people giving me that stinks look but that's okay, as long as I'm happy then that's fine :)

Yes theres also a downside of it such as, your hair need more of your time. Like I have to put oil, and be extra careful on what I put on my hair. For example, my hairstylist asked what kind of shampoo I'm using then she told me to stop using it and find a new shampoo without I don't remember the name of it (ingredient) And she recommended argan oil to protect my hair and keep it hydrated. Since then every night I will slap some argan oil to ze hair. I will definitely post on how I keep my hair healthy when I finally happy with the products I'm using then I will surely make a post about it. And of course the color start fading at certain areas, for me it wasn't really a big of a deal because I want my blue to turn pastel so bad!

For now I'm just going to have this blue hair for awhile and take a good care of it and post a lot more selfies on my social medias (which you should be following me by now) and don't forget to check Ridzokumura and Malya_lya on instagram because they worth the follow it you want that magic makeover just like mine then I'll highly recommend you check them out.

Last but not least thank you Loura and my sister for tagging along with me through this 8 hours process. Lots of love, hugs and kisses thank you girls.
